What Is Secondhand Talent?
Welcome to "Secondhand Talent: The Podcast"! Our mission is to create a platform dedicated to shining a light on those who work tirelessly behind the scenes—the ones who make the magic happen but rarely get the recognition they deserve.

MEET THE HOST: AVROMI 'STEINER' STEINBErG
Founder, Host & Producer
Steiner has been involved in the music and entertainment industry for nearly 20 years. He has performed as a stand-up comedian, voice actor, emcee and more, across the United States and around the world. He has also occupied many of the roles of the people he interviews: road manager, stage manager, talent buyer tour manager, production assistance & management, event & festival management, merch pipe-lining & development, and somehow - so much more.
Steiner’s goal for the podcast is to highlight not only his guests, but all of the people who occupy those spaces that make live music happen and encourage folks to say "thanks" to them at the next show they attend. It's a small thing that makes a BIG difference.
